Pick and place of plastic lids (of different shapes &sizes) on flow-wrapped packs (i.e. wet wipes), coming in a single row but irregularly placed on a belt conveyor.

Composed by 1 AFS single module with 1 DELTA robot, single artificial vision system to recognize and locate the packs, hot-melt glue applicator on plastic lids and single tracking function to trace the packs.

Application 2

Pick and place of dry products (i.e. biscuits) coming randomly on a belt conveyor, positioning of product on the feeding chain of a flow pack machine or on an auxiliary conveyor for manual packing.

Composed by 4 AFS modules with 4 SCARA robots, double artificial vision system to recognize and locate randomly positioned products and triple tracking function to make both, the trace of the picking belt as well as of the 2 feeding conveyors.

Application 3

Pick and place of fragile products (i.e. croissants) coming randomly on a belt conveyor, positioning of product on the feeding chain of an individual flow pack machine.

Composed by 4 AFS modules with 4 DELTA robots, quadruple artificial vision systems to recognize and locate randomly positioned products and double tracking function to make both, the trace of the picking belt as well as of the flowpack infeed chain conveyor.

Application 4

Pick and place of chocolate enrobed products coming irregularly on a belt conveyor, positioning o product on the feeding chain of an individual flow pack machine.

Composed by 1 AFS double module with 2 DELTA robots, single artificial vision system to recognize and locate irregularly placed products and double tracking function to make both the trace of the picking belt as well as of the flowpack infeed chain conveyor.
