Handling and Feeding Systems through robotic systems:
Continuously changing markets need frequent formats changes, shapes and dimensions of products, as well as packing formats to adapt them to the consumer needs and preferences. It is necessary to have not only packing machines with high flexibility on format changes, but also product feeding systems for different types of packing machines (flow-wrappers, thermo-formers, cartoners, casepackers, etc...) that are highly efficient an flexible, to enable rapid adaptations and changes with the minimum possible cost, saving the initial investment.
The solutions offered by Synchrofeed to meet these needs are the robot feeding systems, using different industrial robotic technologies, depending on the characteristics of each single project.
Cartesian:
Up to 3 freedom axis: X-Y-Z
Scara (Selective Compliant Articulated Robot Arm):
Up to 4 free axis: X-Y-Z+Rotation.
Delta or “parallels”:
Up to 4 freedom axis: X-Y-Z+Rotation.
Articulated or anthropomorphic:
Up to 10 freedom degrees.
